Anaida Ayrapetova joined IFK Hotel Management team as HR Director in October 2009. As a member of the Executive Team Mrs. Ayrapetova is responsible for the scope of Personnel Management, i.e. personnel recruitment and development, record management, development of the HR standards; and involved into the construction of the esprit de corps.
Anaida Ayrapetova has joined the hospitality business in 2005. Her working experience in Human Resources Management was set in InterContinental Tashkent hotel, where Anaida went all the way through HR secretary to Acting HR Manager.
Joining the independent Barvikha Hotel & Spa allowed Mrs. Ayrapetova to improve her professional knowledge as the Human Resources were brought up from nothing there. While the Hotel & Spa were put in operations the Personnel Office which was newly created by Anaida worked out all aspects of Human Resources Management – document database was written, personnel was recruited, record management was set up and audited, the labour-market was constantly monitored, the organizational structure was created, the corporate culture started its formation, training process was set up, a lot of attention was paid to health and safety.
Anaida Ayrapetova graduated from the Uzbek State University of World Languages majoring in Linguistics. At various times she completed several professional trainings on the Human Resources and record management.
