Polina Frolova joined IFK Hotel Management from the first days and as a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, having served for over 8 years at various levels of operations and management.

Mrs. Frolova is responsible for leading the sales and marketing effort for IFK's corporate division and its properties. She oversees and implements strategic initiatives for direct sales, marketing, branding and public relations. Additionally, Mrs. Frolova works closely with the business development team to continue growing the IFK Hotel Management portfolio by developing partnerships with new clients.

Prior to joining IFK Hotel Management, Mrs. Frolova served as Sales & Marketing Director at Maxima Hotels and was responsible for all day-to-day sales and marketing activities associated with the operations of Maxima Hotels’ portfolio. She had a proven record of achieving superior market share and increasing RevPAR in competitive markets.

Prior to her tenure at Maxima Hotels, Mrs. Frolova served as a Head Receptionist on Front Office in Golden Ring hotel, Moscow.

Mrs. Frolova graduated with honors from Tsaritsyno College with a degree in Hotel management. Also Polina Frolova graduated from Moscow State Service University and received her degree in Hospitality management. In 2008 Mrs. Frolova attended courses at Cornell University School of Hotel Administration (Brussels, Belgium).

In March 2009 Polina Frolova and three other industry leaders founded Hospitality Ideas & Trends (HIT) Club.
