Marsel Izmaylov is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of IFK Hotel Management. Mr. Izmaylov serves as the company visionary and practice leader for IFK Hotel Management, whose strategic insight extends to all business processes within the company, specifically in the areas of operation, development, business planning and investment strategies. Mr. Izmaylov’s unparalleled industry philosophies and knowledge shape the direction of IFK Hotel Management.
Prior to co-founding IFK Hotel Management, Mr. Izmaylov had owned and operated numerous businesses. The passion in hospitality has let him to establish Hospitality Management Company.
Mr. Izmaylov has been involved in the hospitality industry as an owner, manager and entrepreneur since 2004 when he formed Maxima Hotels. The company performed annual 30 % growth of all major financial figures under Mr. Izmaylov's direction.
Since 1995 to 1997 Mr. Izmaylov worked at R-Style Holding where he served as Marketing Director and he had a promotion track from advertising manager to Marketing Director and Member of the Board.
Since 1999 Mr. Izmaylov is a Board Member one of the fuel company in Moscow.
Mr. Izmaylov is a graduate of Moscow State University, where he earned his degree in mathematics and he graduated with Honors.
